All tickets sold to you are sold by Women on Wednesdays (WoW) (wowexeter@gmail.com)

Please bring a printout of your e-ticket to the event as proof of purchase.

From time to time, events are cancelled or rescheduled for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us at the email address provided for information on receiving a refund.

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable except in the event of cancellation. 

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.  WoW will endeavour to publicise cancellation through its regular channels (Facebook Page/Website: www.wowexeter.org).

Any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the event or venue management to refuse you admission to the event or eject you from the venue, without any entitlement to a refund.

Resale or attempted resale of the ticket at a price higher than face value is grounds for ticket cancellation without notice or refund.

WoW will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

No parties shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket.
